Avoid problems: security advice

One of the biggest problems in computing is security. Because from the moment when "something" or "someone" gets through the barrier of your personal device, it can cause some damage, and that will generate headaches, upset programs and more than a distaste for data loss.

These tips are very useful:

E-mail attachments:

Be careful of attachments that come from the emails that arrive in your inbox. They are files like .pps, .zip , .exe, etc ... whatever it is , even if it is a strange bill , the golden rule is: IF YOU DO NOT KNOW, DO NOT OPEN.
Update the system periodically:

Personally I do not think this is foolproof. However, it is assumed that the updates exist because errors are detected and corrected. Then, MORE UPDATED, MORE RESISTANT.
Take care of your passwords:

You are better protected if you have more difficult passwords. Do not type all the same. Look for a pattern easy for you in your head, but totally personal. Change them periodically.
Use antivirus:

It seems I should not mention it. But many people do not pay attention to this issue. If you do not have antivirus , you leave the door open. Do not be a hero ... or you 'll be without your device ...
Close sessions:

Do not open the mail, the bank page or web shopping without closing session at the end. Even the most respectful human being is curious too and if you leave your window open ... will look. Above all, do not forget to do this in a public connection. Similarly, avoid highly personal data on the network, as far as possible.
Backups:

Very often I encounter the reality that almost no one likes to do backups. Each time you write a document, you save an important photograph, etc; make a backup on another disk partition on an SD card in the cloud ... WHEREVER . I've seen collections of documents lost which have taken years of hard work.
Educate others:

It is important to share what you've just read. For your own safety and that of others. The more they know, the fewer mistakes you'll have to solve. Be careful when leaving your device, especially if your computer is working, in inexpert hands. If you're going to lend it, teach him what to do, so that no malfunctions, loss or virus infections occur.
